What You'll Do
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function within a busy corporate environment. - Solid understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles coupled with an interest in accountancy best practices.
- Diligent time management skills enabling you to organise workload effectively while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as accounting software such as SAP or Sage (or similar platforms), allowing you to navigate systems confidently.
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to build trusting relationships with suppliers and internal teams alike.
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and expense policies ensuring compliance across all relevant processes.
- Experience using SAP Concur is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn new systems is appreciated.
