Accounts Payable Associate – Global Investment Firm – Up to £45k plus strong bonus.

We are currently working with one of Europe’s leading independent investment firms that are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Associate into its London finance team. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to take full ownership of the accounts payable function and have a tangible impact on the development of their processes.

You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership of the accounts payable process and playing a key role in ensuring payments run smoothly and efficiently. Day to day, this will involve processing and paying invoices, managing the AP inbox, handling employee expenses, and resolving queries quickly and professionally. The role also includes supporting ad-hoc tasks and projects to leverage systems to ensure the function is scalable and efficient.

They’re looking for someone with 5+ years within an accounts payable focused role. It is important to be detail-driven, organised and proactive, with the ability to confidently communication across the business and external stakeholders.
