We are hiring of an AP Manager to own the AP functions throughout the group and associate reporting requirements. This role will a crucial part of a small team within a lean Finance department, requiring a detail oriented person capable of working effectively on their own and collaborating within a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Weekly pay runs and ad hoc manual pay runs
• Ensuring accurate invoice processing from receipt to payment across the group
• Processing employee payroll, including expenses and credit card expenses
• VAT compliance including the review of VAT codes on invoices and VAT quarterly returns
• Management of AP inbox, replying to queries within a timely manner
• Ensuring accurate inputs & outputs into the ERP system and relevant reporting
• Support and continuous improvements of key AP processes, policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years working in an AP function, ideally within an international business
