🔎 The Role - AR Analyst

Day Rate: £400 p/d Outside IR35

Length: 3 - 6 months

A private equity backed SaaS client are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their finance team.

You’ll play a key role in shaping their order-to-cash processes, supporting a NetSuite implementation, and ensuring smooth AR operations as they establish their new, independent structure.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage AR ledger, billing, and cash collection
• Resolve AR queries and support customer inquiries
• Liaise with sales on invoice validation
• Review/approve customer invoices and allocate payments
• Support NetSuite testing, data migration, and go-live
• Document and optimise AR processes across the business

✅ What We’re Looking For

• NetSuite expertise (order-to-cash) – essential
• Experience with Recurring Revenue - essential
• ERP implementation/transition experience – Netsuite highly desirable
• SaaS experience - highly desirable
• Experience dealing with banking institutions - desirable
• Solid AR & billing management background
• Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus), SharePoint experience
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments
