Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our finance team, in London, on a fixed term contract (until 31st March 2026).

This is a flexible, part-time position (3-days per week, worked flexibly over 5-days, with 1 of those days per week, in the office). Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about maintaining healthy client relationships and accurate financial records.

The Role

Client Invoicing Setup:

• Register our company on client invoicing portals and ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding to invoicing systems.

Invoice Management:

• Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner, following up as needed to ensure receipt.

Expense Reconciliation:

• Reconcile rebillable client expenses, ensuring all charges are accounted for and recharged appropriately to the clients
• Work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

Credit Control:

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
• Implement credit control procedures to minimize overdue accounts and maintain positive client relationships.

About You

• Previous experience in accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with invoicing systems and financial software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work schedule.
• Doesn’t take themselves too seriously and enjoys ‘finding the joy together’ as part of a team
