Acquisition Integration Project Manager

Altum Consulting is partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing global property management company on the search for an Acquisition Integration Project Manager. This interim role will support the smooth integration of a newly acquired division into the wider group during a critical period of transformation and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CEO, acting as the central point of contact for the integration process.
• Lead on all integration activities, including people (TUPE), systems, technology platforms, and ways of working.
• Support pre-purchase due diligence and finalisation of acquisition contracts.
• Drive project management and reporting, ensuring visibility and alignment across all workstreams.
• Engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead change activities in a highly transformational and fast-paced environment.

Experience required:

• Proven experience in managing complex integration's, ideally within property or similarly fast-paced sectors.
• Strong project management and reporting skills.
• Deep understanding of TUPE, organisational change, and business transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Prince2 certified
