We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time ADHD Patient Administrator, based in our Bracknell office, to join us providing digital assistance and administrative support to patients accessing our new Adult ADHD Assessment and Treatment Service!
You will be:
- Providing customer support for patients accessing ADHD treatment and navigating digital platforms
- Managing patient contact and organising appointments
- Carefully tracking the completion of patient records and escalating patient concerns
- Collating and formatting psychiatric reports for distribution
- Generating quality metric reports for service evaluation
Please note that as our operation runs around the clock, 365 days/year, you'll need to bring a flexible approach to working hours as our rolling shift patterns include morning, days, evening, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Requirements
You must:
- Be an experienced administrator ideally within the healthcare sector/working in mental health
- Be able to start within 2 weeks of the offer
- Have strong written and spoken English language skills
- Have strong customer service and computer skills
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You will be able to work in our Bracknell office.
