Job Description
This Admin & Training Supervisor position is a unique opportunity to lead on key people and operational processes in our Regent Street flagship store. As part of the Supervisor structure, this role will combine day-to-day floor leadership with a strong focus on onboarding, training, and HR-related responsibilities.
Key Parts Of The Role
- Support and deputise if needed the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities
- Lead and manage the full onboarding and induction process for all new hires
- Organise and deliver team training sessions and Fit Parties
- Maintain and improve the team review and development structure
- Manage timecards, absence and lateness, including supporting investigations and record keeping
- Assist with store operations such as stock management, admin and rota planning
- Monitor team performance through reporting and help drive store targets
- Support day-to-day floor leadership during peak trade, weekends, and holidays

- A good track record of developing and growing your team
- Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail as well as a good understanding of store operations
- Confident in managing HR processes, training initiatives and administrative tasks in a busy retail environment
