We are looking for a hardworking, empathetic person to join our team with the following skills:
A passion for ensuring that the children's wellbeing is at the heart of every decision made
Confident use of ICT for a range of tasks, including word processing, document creation, spreadsheets and maintaining information management systems
A pleasant, friendly attitude with a real 'team player' approach to working practices
Well organised, ability to prioritise and able to work under pressure when needed
A willingness to undertake any training relevant to the role
The Role Involves
Working as part of the School Office team, and more widely, as part of 'Team Oakwood'
Welcoming visitors, dealing with inquiries, and liaising with external agencies where required
Providing welfare support to children, including first ad and personal hygiene
Organising school trips including all relevant paperwork and logistical arrangements
Taking payments and banking cash
A range of day-to-day administrative tasks associated with school life

The position is 25 hours per week, 11.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time.
