About The Role
Supporting the Pharmacy Placements Team, you will be helping with updating core placement data in preparation for the 2025-26 academic year.
Our newly-implemented online placement database relies on accurate information, so you'll be checking through this and updating contact details, websites and checking that content is up-to-date. You'll analyse placement travel distances and costs via public transport for our full range of MPharm placements (c.200) and will categorize and update these on the system. You'll also be uploading student feedback to the platform and making sure all travel arrangement/instructions are correct.
You’ll work with students to check the way they access information, go through their feedback and advise on whether amendments need to be made to the system.
About You
Able to pick up processes and systems quickly, you'll be happy to work through your office-based tasks independently. You'll need to be accurate and thorough in your approach with a willingness to learn. You'll be fully versed in Microsoft Office and have some experience of using spreadsheets and online forms and databases.
You'll also need to be confident liaising with academic staff, students and placement providers.
