About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8 - 12, £25,992 - £27,711
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Full time 37 Hours Per Week
Main Place of Work: County Library Barry
Description: To provide administrative support for the Libraries and Cultural Services. Take the lead in creating and maintaining administrative and purchasing systems and processes across the Libraries and Cultural Service.
About You
- - Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative roles
- - Experience in maintaining financial records and systems
- - Experience in preparing reports and submitting claims
- - Experience liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
- - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams
- - Understanding of financial procedures and budget monitoring
- - Awareness of data protection and confidentiality requirements
