Administrator - UK

Full-Time - 6 month FTC | Reports to Project Co-Ordinator

Circet UK are looking for an Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and looking to build a career in administration within a supportive and growing company. Full training will be provided for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

• Checking and updating electronic records
• Making sure information is accurate and up to date
• Supporting your team by sharing information and keeping things running smoothly
• Helping with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Communicating with colleagues to make sure everything is completed on time
• Assisting with any other admin tasks as needed

What You'll Need

Experience & Knowledge

• Some previous office or administrative experience would be an advantage (but not essential)
• Basic computer skills, including using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Organised and able to manage your time well
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Able to work as part of a team
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Full UK driving licence
