🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
From managing systems to supporting farm logistics, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin:
- 🧾 Update and maintain the Price Master and MTech systems (orders, stock, transfers, and reconciliation)
- 💉 Track and reconcile vaccines in line with VMD requirements
- 🚚 Organise chemical collections, sample deliveries, and vehicle safety checks
- 📊 Report KPI data, upload bird transfer dockets, and assist with weekly farm closes
- 📞 Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide a professional front-of-house experience
- 🗓️ Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- 🧪 Issue monthly stool kits and upload vaccination figures to track team efficiency
- 🛠️ Coordinate maintenance, MOTs, and Driver CPC compliance
- 📁 Handle all filing, scanning, photocopying, and laminating duties
- 🤝 Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and VIM queries
- 🧑💼 Provide relief admin cover for Breeders and support managers with project work
