Sports & Leisure department based in
Solihull. You will join us on a
full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a

As our
Administrator, you will help support the Head of Department, Retail Operations Manager, and wider team, by providing administration support across all functions within the Department, Suppliers and Members to achieve the AIS Strategy. Act to further key objectives and improve the team, Member and Supplier ways of working, collaboration, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general administration for the department, ensuring tasks are conducted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organise and maintain high standards of department administration and filing systems on M Drive, SharePoint, and Hub.
- Support with administration and preparation for shows, working to the critical path.
- Build strong relationships with Suppliers, Members and across all internal departments.
- Assist the Head of Department and Retail Operations Manager with strategy activity.
- Be first point of contact for all Member and Supplier queries.
Skills & Experience:
- Have a passion for Sports & Leisure and knowledge on related brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and diligent.
- Effective interpersonal skills ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and with tact.
- Attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy for all work.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to think creatively and think outside the box. Propose new solutions in order to find ways to deliver the best outcomes.
- Maintain the reputation and integrity of the department through role model behaviour.
