Responsibilities
The role will primarily be home based, with occasional visits to site/office, when required.
To provide administrative support, reporting to the Administration Manager in Estimating & Proposals (Water Sector). Work as part of bid team.
- Reports to Administration Manager (Estimating/Proposals).
- Assist with maintenance of Estimating teams Channels and document control and the storage and retrieval of general and historical estimating records.
- Maintaining organised filing systems (digital) and managing databases to ensure easy access for estimating team, to important documents for pricing.
- Preparing document registers, editing, and distributing documents.
- Providing general support to staff members, including assistance with various administrative tasks.
- Function as single point of contact with Document Control teams on specific projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Essential
- English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent
Desirable
- NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
