About the role
Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are now recruiting for a Fulfilment Administrator to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You'll be liaising with all business areas including our administration and accounts teams. This is an important role as the business is heavily dependent on the documents being scanned quickly and accurately, and supports the Day to Day management of Third Party Courier Service for the department and wider business creation and Fulfilment for time sensitive information.
The Purpose of this role is to support the Fulfilment Team leader and wider Facilities and Fulfilment teams in the delivery of fulfilment across the business. With responsibility for a number of key activities within the Post Room to ensure its smooth running on a daily basis.

The interview process for this role will be a one stage interview consisting of competency and technical questions.
Working Schedule
The Fulfilment Administrator role is a 6-month fixed term contract, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:00. Our office is based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is a fully office based role.
