Description
As Utilities Administrator, you will provide support to the Operations Support team to ensure that the Company’s work is effectively coordinated through communication with internal and external customers as well as the management of the business and client database systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Making and receiving phone calls and emails to/from customers and clients
- Printing and collating job packs for site teams
- Data management of information from clients and site teams
- Editing design plans prestart and post completion.
- General administration assisting other members of the back-office team as required
Experience And Qualifications
- good communicator,
- works well in a team,
- proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe,
- Knowledge of SP energy Networks and/or supply of electricity an advantage.
