Full-time, fixed-term contract until 31 October 2025

Working within the Programme Talent division, the Admissions and Placement teams are responsible for providing a professional service to comply with admitting and onboarding programme members. We are committed to high standards in our work to ensure our applicants meet the programme requirements. We are looking for an organised and detail focused individual who can provide excellent coordination of admissions’ processes. You will thrive in a busy environment and positively represent the team in carrying out important compliance work.
- Do you have strong attention to detail and accuracy at all times, particularly in respect of carrying out repetitive tasks and handling large volumes of work?
- Do you have an appreciation of handling confidential data and the importance of following processes?
- Are you a task-focused individual with strong organisational skills who can assess, prioritise and manage a varied workload, whilst taking ownership?
- Do you have good knowledge of UK qualifications and preferably experience of working within the UK higher education system or recruitment onboarding?
- Do you have exceptional relationship-building skills; the ability to establish effective relationships with people from all backgrounds (including prospective trainees and Teach First employees)?
