Join our dynamic admissions service, where your experience in customer-facing administration will play a key role in supporting applicants, academic schools, and a wide range of stakeholders. In this role, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to process applications and resolve complex queries, all while navigating internal policies and external regulations. You'll take ownership of a specialist area, offering guidance and training to colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence across the team.
Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding—organising selection events, coordinating interviews, and helping to deliver memorable applicant day experiences. You'll be a key point of contact for applicants and academic staff alike, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth admissions journey from start to finish. From making offers to supporting confirmation and clearing activities, your work will directly shape the future of our student community.
To Be Effective In The Role You Will Need

You will be based at our Falmer Campus in Brighton supporting our wide range of professional courses.
This role is full-time and permanent, however we welcome applications form candidates seeking to job share. We offer agile working and you may be asked to work at other Brighton campuses during peak admissions periods. Interviews will take place on Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 19th September 2025.
