Role Summary

Are you a passionate Adoption Manager with a knowledge of Salesforce & AI tools?

KP Law are on an exciting journey to transform the way we operate as a business and improve the quality of services provided to our clients.



As part of this transformation, we are rolling out Salesforce and other tools across our business to provide cutting edge technology capabilities to manage our claims and our client interactions.


This includes (but not limited to):


  • Litify (Legal Case Management Platform, built on Salesforce)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Agent Force (AI)
  • Client Portal / Mobile App


A lot of exciting change is happening, and ensuring successful adoption of new technology across the business is vital.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Work with BA’s and developers to ensure new capability / features are built in a way that provides an intuitive, easy to use, user experience
  • Actively participate in testing new capabilities from a user and client experience lens
  • Create and deliver tailored training for beginner to advanced users
  • Run live, in-person, and virtual workshops via Teams
  • Produce user guides, video tutorials, and self-paced written learning resources
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing user support
  • Monitor and report on training impact and enhance materials based on feedback and system usage statistics


Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience training Salesforce end users
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, especially valuable are:
  • - Service Cloud
  • - Marketing Cloud
  • - Agentforce
  • - CRM Analytics
  • Hands on experience of using Jira and Confluence
  • Skilled in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual training content
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with PowerPoint & video tools such as Clipchamp
  • Experience with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe & Scribe – desirable)
