Adult Learning Tutor

We're looking for Adult Learning Tutors across Cumbria

Are you passionate about helping adults grow their confidence, skills and opportunities through learning? We’re looking for tutors to join our Adult Learning service in a range of locations across Cumbria.

Whether you're looking for regular hours or something more flexible, we have a variety of sessional and part-time roles available.

We deliver courses in everything from English, maths and digital skills to family learning, employability and wellbeing – and we’re always keen to hear from people with subject expertise and a learner-focused approach.

You’ll need:

• A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to gain one within 12 months
• A positive and inclusive approach to working with adult learners
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions that make a real difference
