This role will be supporting and leading both the Surgical (SEU) team and Parenteral Nutrition (PN) delivery team, nominally 0.6 wte for SEU and 0.4 wte for PN. This is an exciting time for both teams with reconfiguration and this role will be pivotal in embedding the new integrated model of working across the surgical and GET directorates to support delivery of TPN. You will lead the SEU pharmacy team day to day, closely working with the ward Matron and managers and work collaboratively with the existing PN team to deliver optimised pharmaceutical care to all patients but including particularly T1, 2 and 3 Intestinal Failure patients. This role would suit a pharmacist with relevant experience in Surgery and / or PN who is keen to transform and shape future services.
