Consumer Healthcare | Medical Devices, Food Supplements & Medicines

Chippenham, Wiltshire – Permanent – Hybrid – 2 days onsite

We’re looking for an Advertising Compliance Associate to help keep our consumer healthcare brands compliant, credible, and confident across medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and medicines.

What you’ll do as an Advertising Compliance Associate (Internally known as a Medical Scientist)

Review and approve promotional and non-promotional activities and materials

Ensure advertising and claims meet ASA, BCAP & CAP Codes, MHRA and NHCR requirements

Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Regulatory & Legal teams to enable compliant innovation

Spot compliance risks early and provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice

Support responses to advertising complaints and stay ahead of industry change

To support second line enquiry management across our portfolio

What we’re looking for

Experience in advertising compliance within consumer healthcare, FMCG, food supplements or OTC (PAGB, ABHI and ABPI codes of practice).
Life Science degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of UK and EU advertising legislation
Confidence reviewing claims and consumer/HCP-facing content
Detail-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working at pace
