Job Summary:

We are looking for an Advisor Relations Manager candidate for its UK and Europe operations.

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our partners/influencer community to generate leads and enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing primary support for all industry advisor & deal influencer/ sourcing advisor interaction in UK & Europe.
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of regional Influencer/sourcing advisor relations and brand strategy in the Geo.
  • Help market influences/advisors understand ITC Infotech’s unique capabilities, offerings and what differentiates us from our competitors – increasing the likelihood that they will recommend our services to clients.
  • Engage with market influences/advisors to position ITC Infotech as a trusted service provider and thought leader to increase the pipeline and win rates of Sourcing Advisor led pursuits.
  • Ensure ITC Infotech remains top-of-mind for opportunities in the procurement process.
  • Empower the Sales and BD teams with the resources, information and tools they need to establish trust-based, sustainable relationships.
  • Develop strategic sourcing processes by partnering with users to define specifications and requirements
  • Gather intelligence on fundamental conditions, and technical information that affects our solutions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the most cost-effective pricing
  • Provide deal coaching to sales teams, including relationship hand-offs, back-channel communications.
  • Analyse industry markets and assess risk via strategic sourcing principles as applicable to ITC Infotech.
  • Devise opportunities to make significant investment in partnerships with the leading sourcing advisors in our space.
  • Measure the pipeline growth, wins, and win rates of Sourcing Advisor led client opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a best practice repository and translate that into a set of materials and trainings to build capability across ITC Infotech.
  • Continue to build and strengthen our relationships with potential customers.



Qualifications:

  • MBA in Business, Marketing or Finance, and minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Background in sales and/or consulting would be beneficial.
  • Internationally experienced in marketing, operations, Analyst and Advisory with a track record of delivering focused lead generation, deal advisory & sourcing across a variety of sectors and domains.
  • Extensive Experience developing presentations and presenting to management and other internal and external groups.
  • Candidate to be an enterprise leader for Market Intelligence, Competitor Intelligence and Analyst Relations programs in addition to being the Operational leader.
  • Extensive experience in project management and contract negotiation.
