Aesthetic Assistant Manager - Putney

We are looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Putney Clinic to lead the team to success!

The Position:

As Assistant Manager at Laser Clinics , you will lead this team to provide the best quality aesthetic treatments, exceed targets and ensure the superior Laser Clinics customer service standard is delivered every day.

You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as fulfilling management responsibilities that will include overseeing clinic recruitment and training, rostering, target setting and day-to-day clinic management.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a successful Assistant Manager with tertiary qualifications in Beauty Therapy NVQ 3 and 4 (Required)
• Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to lead a team to success
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Operational experience with rotas, recruitment, performance management and day to day oversight of an aesthetic clinic
• Advanced laser and skin treatments experience
• Prior experience managing a team

Responsibilities:

• Managing and motivating the team to drive sales and deliver excellent client service
• Overseeing diary management, stock control, and roster planning
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Carrying out treatments to laser clinics standards
