About the Role

We are now looking for a full time Aftersales/Repairs Consultant to join us at our Head office in Hanover Square. Your role will require you to manage the repair/resize service and ensure exceptional customer experience is delivered. You will also need to ensure the required quality levels of all products and all issues are raised and dealt with appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all resize/repairs.
• Receive, log, end, track and process all customer and in-house repair/resizing/adjustments.
• Inspect all jewellery meets the high standard of workmanship required including appropriate size, durability, stone stability etc.
• Be aware and analyse failures and report to the Production Manager.
• Liaise with the workshop and external suppliers to coordinate repairs on products.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Aftersales Manager.
• Respond to queries via the telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Strong computer skills are required alongside a friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in jewellery with some technical understanding.

Required Skills

You will possess a positive can-do attitude and be well-organised.
