Agile Delivery Lead

Location: London (2 day per week on-site)

Salary: £60,000 –£65,000 + 14% Pension + 25 days annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays + 8 Additional -Fixed Paid Days off)

Happy to announce that La Fosse is partnered with a public sector organisation who are scaling its digital capability and looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to help shape and drive the delivery of critical digital services whilst embedding Agile ways of working.

You'll work across multiple cross-functional teams, embed agile delivery practices, and coach product and technical stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes. This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends servant leadership with delivery management in a complex, change-focused environment.

The Role

• Lead agile delivery across several multi-disciplinary teams
• Support planning, remove blockers, and manage delivery risks
• Coach teams and individuals in Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment between delivery and organisational priorities
• Contribute to maturing delivery practices and frameworks across the organisation

What you’ll bring

• Proven track record delivering digital projects in an Agile environment
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing risks and dependencies and reporting at a senior level
• Experience working in complex settings (public sector, higher education, or similar)
• Familiar with scaled Agile approaches and organisational transformation
• Experience leading other agile professionals
