Description

Insight Global is seeking an Agile Project Manager for a leading enterprise client to support a large‑scale asset management and maintenance optimisation platform, balancing ongoing rollout activity with enhancement delivery for users already live on the system. The Agile Project Manager will work closely with the Business Relationship team to review, triage, and prioritise enhancement requests and system queries from ships already live on MAST, owning the enhancement intake process from request capture through to prioritisation based on scope, impact, urgency, business value, and delivery capacity.

They will build and maintain a clear enhancement roadmap with monthly releases, providing visibility to stakeholders on upcoming changes, and will define and drive the overall strategy for addressing the MAST enhancement backlog in a sustainable way. The role will coordinate delivery across internal IT resources and external software vendors, work with the Test Lead to ensure testing is planned and completed ahead of each release, and partner with the Communications team to ensure release notes are prepared and distributed in advance. They will track progress, manage dependencies and risks, resolve delivery issues, and act as the central coordination point for this enhancement stream, working with a team of 2–3 internal members and 2 external vendor partners.

This is a 6 month contract with possibility for extensions, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week out of the office in Southampton with the chance to work 2 days remote.

Must haves:

Experience as a Project Manager, Agile Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Delivery Manager in a large enterprise or corporate environment
Strong experience working in an Agile delivery model
Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritise enhancement requests, and balance competing stakeholder needs
Experience building and managing roadmaps with planned, regular releases (e.g. monthly release cycles)
Strong experience using project management tools (ADO or JIRA)
Strong organisation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with internal development teams and external vendors
Experience coordinating testing, release readiness, and communications
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate business needs into clear delivery plans

Plusses:

Agile or Scrum certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent)
MS project experience
Experience in the cruise line, maritime, travel, or transportation industries
Exposure to enterprise asset management, maintenance, or fleet systems
Experience with AMOS
Experience Setting up Scrum Meetings
Prior experience working with vendor‑led software solutions
Familiarity with large‑scale, multi‑year transformation programmes
Experience supporting software already in production with active end users
