We're working on behalf of a respected, family-run business specialising in animal health, nutrition and agronomy. This is a growing business with exciting plans and genuine succession opportunities for the right person. It's a role where you can take real ownership, make an impact and be part of something long-term.

About the role:

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including:

• Managing stock control, ordering and overseeing deliveries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and customers
• Driving business development opportunities - both in-store and potentially out on-farm
• Ensuring smooth store operations with a commercial focus
• Leading from the front with ambition, energy and a proactive, independent approach

What We're Looking For:

• A strong interest or background in agriculture
• Previous experience in retail, trade or agricultural sales
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• AMTRA SQP/RAMA qualification is desirable, or willingness to train
• A full UK driving licence
