We’re looking for an AI & Automation Engineer with serious talent, relentless energy, and a passion for turning chaos into clarity through automation. This is not just a “build some Zaps” kind of role. This is about being the engine behind a company-wide transformation—spotting, designing, and delivering automations that fundamentally change how our business operates.

You will be the person we count on to go from manual grind to magic, leveraging tools like n8n, Zapier, and more. But you will also roll up your sleeves and dive into Python, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, APIs, and other serious tech when off-the-shelf won’t cut it.

You will report into our Head of AI, Product & Innovation, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with product leaders, fellow engineers, and cross-functional leaders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources to uncover and unlock automation opportunities at speed. This is your chance to prototype fast, experiment boldly, and deliver solutions that make an immediate, measurable impact.

What You will Be Doing

• Hunting down bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual grind across the business—and reimagining them as smooth, secure, scalable automations.

• Rapidly building and deploying workflows using n8n, Zapier, or whatever tool gets the job done fastest.

• When needed, going deep: writing elegant, secure and clean Python, JavaScript, SQL, and other languages needed to get the job done. You can build solid backend systems, while equally confident in building beautiful user interfaces.

• Building advanced AI-powered automations, including prompt engineering, Agentic AI workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Creating and maintaining seamless integrations with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Graph API, OpenAI, Apollo, Perplexity, Anthropic, Google, and other third-party applications.
• Managing deployments in AWS, working with vector stores, text embeddings, large language models, and keeping things clean and scalable in GitHub.

• Operating in a fast-paced Agile environment where we sprint, ship, test, break things (and fix them fast).

What You Bring

• You have got real experience creating powerful, scalable, and reliable workflows in low-code/no-code platforms like n8n and Zapier—and you’re fast.

• You’re equally confident building custom code from scratch where it matters. Python is your go-to, but you’re no stranger to JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.

• Youi have worked with AI models, engineered prompts, and maybe even played with multi-agent AI orchestration or MCP, both locally (e.g., Ollama) and in the cloud.

• You know your way around AWS (especially Bedrock, Cloudwatch, Lambda, and Aurora/RDS), GitHub, and are not scared of deploying into cloud environments.

• You’ve designed, built, and worked with systems using vector stores, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• You work fast but you take security seriously; everything you do is OWASP-compliant and aligned to data and privacy regulations.

• Agile is not just a buzzword to you—you have lived it, thrived in it, and used tools like Jira and Confluence to stay aligned and move fast.

• You are an expert problem solver, finding solutions that others might not and then deciding on the best approach; no code/low code automation, hybrid workflow with some custom code where needed, or fully custom-coded apps – you can deliver any of these quickly and efficiently.

• You don’t just cope with pressure—you thrive in it. Short timelines get your adrenaline pumping, and you deliver value fast without cutting corners.
