Join the Close Brothers Operational Excellence and Automation Team where you will deliver AI solutions and AI Agents, build prompt engineering capability across the Bank (Support the wider use of MS Copilot in the Bank) and help shape best practices and governance frameworks for safe use of AI in a regulated environment. Working as part of the Operational Excellence and Automation team our ideal team member will have previous experience in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI language models with excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively across internal and external boundaries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Work with tools such as TensorFlow, Jupyter notebooks and AutoML to create, test, and deploy AI solutions.
• Utilise prompt engineering techniques to refine and optimise model outputs.
• Leverage Azure services to enhance and scale AI models and applications.
• Build and maintain AI agents capable of performing specific tasks autonomously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various products and services.
• Work with tools such as TensorFlow, Jupyter notebooks and AutoML to create, test, and deploy AI solutions.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in prompt engineering and language model development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Jupyter notebooks and AutoML.
• Experience in developing and utilising API’s
• Experience in building AI agents and implementing autonomous systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its AI services and capabilities.
• The ability to analyse complex problems, formulate options and use structured problem-solving techniques
• Effective inter-personal skills
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to relate complex process to varying audiences
• Adept at establishing building relationships internally and externally
  
  
  
  

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• Working knowledge of Terraform and GitLab
• Experience of delivering robotic process automation
• Confident in delivering training and / or presenting to AI enthusiasts
• Certifications in AI & Machine Learning
