Position Overview:

We are seeking a Model Control Protocol (MCP) Agent to design, implement, and manage AI-driven workflows that leverage the Model Control Protocol framework. This role combines technical integration, orchestration of tools, and applied AI reasoning to enable scalable, autonomous, and safe AI-agent capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• MCP Integration & Orchestration

• Connect AI models to MCP-enabled tools, APIs, and external systems.

• Design workflows that enable autonomous task execution across multiple platforms.

• Implement protocols for secure and efficient tool discovery, access, and usage.

• Agentic Workflow Development

• Translate business requirements into autonomous AI workflows.

• Configure agents to reason, plan, and execute tasks using MCP.

• Monitor and optimize agent performance for efficiency and reliability.

• Context & Memory Management

• Build systems to maintain state and context across sessions.

• Ensure agents correctly retain, retrieve, and apply knowledge.

• Governance & Safety

• Implement guardrails and alignment checks to ensure AI actions remain compliant with organizational policies.

• Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical use of MCP-enabled integrations.

• Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with AI developers, product managers, and operations teams.

• Provide documentation, dashboards, and reports on agent performance and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, or equivalents).

• Strong knowledge of API integration, workflow automation, and orchestration systems.

• Familiarity with the Model Control Protocol (MCP) and related agentic architectures.

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or other modern programming languages.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance.

• Experience deploying production-grade AI agents in enterprise settings.

• Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and system design skills.
