Job Description
About the Role:
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office. Core hours are flexible between 8am-6pm.
Let’s talk quality…When it comes to UK retail, it’s hard to find a company with a bigger focus on quality. We sell thousands of items an hour and our repeat customer base comes back to us time and time again for our renowned quality products. For anyone in the Data Analysis field - this is the place to learn. To grow. And to thrive.
In this role, you’ll analyse and interpret key data to support strategic decisions, using AI tools like Co-Pilot and Machine Learning to uncover insights that drive efficiency and business success.
You will work closely with teams across the Next Home department, including Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Product Tech, to identify pain points and improve daily workflows. Your focus will be on researching and recommending AI tools that cut down admin tasks and boost efficiency across all functions.
You’ll develop smart strategies and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference to our teams. This role suits someone who thrives on data, thinks critically, and enjoys solving complex problems head-on.
About You:
We are looking for someone who thrives within a fast paced retail setting. Someone who can easily build relationships and collaborate across various teams.
You will be highly skilled and detail-oriented with a proven track record of problem-solving.
You must have hands-on experience with AI tools like Co-Pilot and Machine Learning, and be capable of turning that knowledge into practical solutions that improve efficiency across the department, adapting as business needs evolve.
You bring energy, precision, and a flexible mindset to every task. With a sharp eye for inefficiencies and errors, you’ll take the lead in shaping the role, proposing smart solutions for smoother workflows and long-term gains.
A natural collaborator, you build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, creating space for innovation to thrive
