We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer with deep expertise in Python and a proven track record in developing Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM)-based AI applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, developing intelligent solutions using cutting-edge tools like LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning models using Python for regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and deep learning tasks.
• Build and deploy AI applications leveraging:
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• LangChain and Prompt Engineering
• LLMs (OpenAI, Huggingface Transformers)
• Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus)
• Develop robust pipelines for semantic search and retrieval chains in real-world production systems.
• Write clean, efficient, modular, and production-grade Python code.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Optional: Contribute to UI components using React.js for interactive AI applications.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development using Python.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ML algorithms: XGBoost, SVM, Random Forests, Logistic Regression
• Deep learning models: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers (BERT, GPT)
• Unsupervised learning: K-Means, PCA
• Experience with:
• RAG architecture, LangChain, and advanced prompt engineering
• Vector search techniques (BM25, Dense Passage Retrieval)
• Python libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Huggingface Transformers
• Proficiency in working with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  

Nice To Have

• Front-end development experience using React.js
• Familiarity with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow
• Knowledge of self-supervised or contrastive learning methods: SimCLR, CLIP
