What you'll do
* Create and refine prompts to enhance AI transcription and document processing.
* Convert handwritten, scanned, and digital files into structured, editable outputs.
* Integrate AI-driven transcription workflows across Microsoft platforms.
* Review and validate AI results to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and provide user guidance.
What you bring
* Strong understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
* Experience in prompt engineering or NLP.
* Knowledge of document management and transcription workflows.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
* Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
