Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air and Sea Freight Operator, located in Cardiff. The Air and Sea Freight Operator will manage and coordinate the shipping and delivery of freight, both by air and sea. Daily tasks will include processing export documentation, liaising with customers, communicating with carriers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment of goods. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service and training clients on logistics procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling Export and Freight operations
- Proven ability to Train clients on logistics processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Relevant qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
