Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Export Coordinator based in Greater London. The Air Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of air export operations, including preparing export documentation, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. The role also involves maintaining communication with customers, airlines, and customs authorities to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Knowledge and experience in Ocean and Export processes
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain software
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
