Job Title: Multi Task Operator (Storekeeper)

Location: Waterloo Station Area

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Multi Task Operator (Storekeeper) to join our team at a customer site located near Waterloo Station, London. This hands-on role will focus on managing stock operations, ensuring excellent customer support, and maintaining efficient warehouse and storage processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out goods receipting and picking of warehouse-managed stock
• Accurately check and record serial numbers on inbound customer goods
• Validate quantity and part numbers for all incoming and outgoing items
• Inspect items for any damage on receipt and prior to dispatch
• Ensure secure and appropriate packaging for forwarding to suppliers and customers
• Maintain effective stores operations, including picking, kitting, and dispatch processes
• Manage both onsite and offsite storage systems and procedures
• Support in-service customer repair and replacement needs with professionalism and care
• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store facilities
• Operate in compliance with company Health & Safety policies and objectives
• Use Oracle, Jira, or similar systems for stock and task management (experience preferred)
• Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by management
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or stock control environment
• Familiarity with inventory and workflow systems such as Oracle, Jira, or similar (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to deliver customer excellence in a fast-paced support setting
• Good communication skills and team-player attitude
