YOUR ROLE
Are you detail-oriented, commercially minded, and ready to play a key role in winning air freight business? Our Air Team is looking for an experienced Air Tender Analyst where you will support the accurate and timely completion of UK and global Air RFQ submissions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manage and update pricing files for local freight management RFQs, tenders and bids, ensuring competitiveness to support our win-rate targets.
- Coordinate and submit RFQs (local and global) on time, escalating any challenges to the manager or product leader when necessary.
- Analyse and maintain rates to ensure healthy net revenue and identify best practices across our operations.
- Provide strategic solutions for key air freight movements, both direct and indirect, from the UK.
- Maintain global rate records in CEVA systems, following best business practices.
- Partner with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new business.
- Keep accurate records of air tender wins and losses, considering outcomes and lessons learnt.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and commercially driven professional with significant experience in freight management. You will have a deep understanding of freight forwarding operations and a strong track record of leading the development and execution of market-focused business strategies across multiple geographies.
You will bring a process-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement, along with mature judgement, sound decision-making skills, and a solid understanding of the special requirements involved in shipping a wide range of goods. You should bring in-depth knowledge of international logistics and expertise in designing and implementing integrated supply chain solutions that align with FM requirements. Additionally, you will be highly skilled in data analysis, able to interpret complex datasets and provide valuable insights that support decision-making and ensure accuracy and competitiveness in our air freight tenders.
