Head of Amazon & eCommerce – Consumer Products
I’m partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company that is looking for an experienced Amazon and marketplace specialist to take ownership of their eCommerce strategy across multiple brands. This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will shape the commercial approach, lead a talented team, and play a key role in scaling sales and profitability across Amazon and other key platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and has a proven track record of success in building high-performing Amazon businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and strategy for Amazon and other marketplace channels, ensuring ambitious revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Lead and mentor a growing team, building strong capability across all areas of eCommerce.
- Oversee product launches from start to finish from content creation and keyword optimisation to building customer advocacy and strong review profiles.
- Develop and refine performance marketing campaigns across all digital channels to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
- Use data and insight to forecast sales, shape budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency in brand execution and to drive success across European and global markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Significant experience managing large-scale Amazon businesses, with a deep understanding of the platform’s ecosystem.
- A background in high-growth eCommerce, ideally within the consumer products sector (experience in supplements, nutrition, pet or similar is highly advantageous).
- A strong people leader who can coach, inspire and grow a best-in-class team.
- Commercially minded with an analytical approach to decision-making – able to interpret complex data and act quickly.
- A proven track record of developing innovative strategies that deliver measurable results, whether through new product launches, customer acquisition, or improved margin.
- Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
