This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising our Amazon channel, ensuring compliance, and driving commercial growth.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations: catalogue, purchase orders, account health.
• Ensure listings are accurate, SEO-optimised, and Amazon-compliant.
• Process and track POs, monitor stock, and resolve compliance issues.
• Produce weekly reports (KPIs, OTIF, chargebacks, returns) with insights to improve performance.
• Support communication with Amazon account managers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen account health.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years’ experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Marketplace Administration

(FMCG/eCommerce preferred).

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting dashboards).
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator who can build strong internal and external relationships.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain desirable but not essential.
