We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Ambulance Driver/Dog Handler to join our team here at PetMedics in Worsley!

This is an annualised hour role, covering day and night shifts as we operate a 24/7 service covering all 365 days per year.

We are looking for someone to do 5.5 hours per week.

This Position Will Include

• Provision of work for our team during times of holidays and sickness, on either day or night shifts for the transportation of animals (we are a 24/7, 365 service)
• Animal handling and transportation (in particular dealing with animals with difficult demeanours) – experience with handling large dogs required
• Animal husbandry and exercising
• Infection control
• Basic administration tasks with animal records
• General housekeeping
• This is a sensitive role with full confidentiality expected
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• A full and clean driving licence
• Experience handling animals, including the transporting of animals in and out of vehicles
