Team Overview
The role is based in our affordable housing consultancy team of around 20 people, that primarily advises housing associations, local authorities and for-profit registered providers. The wider team helps these organisations to meet regulatory expectations, manage their assets proactively, acquire and sell tenanted properties, and plan future business directions strategically.
We are located within the affordable housing division, which is the largest and most experienced affordable housing advisory business in the UK. It comprises more than 100 colleagues who deliver valuation, treasury, property surveying and development services.
