An entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career or transition into a culture transformation consultancy. The Analyst will be a linchpin in providing essential support to our Client Directors and Leadership Team.
The role will benefit from working across three core functions, including Client Delivery, Business Development, and Strategic Workstreams, in a supporting capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Time will be equally spread across the three core functions listed above, and may include, but not be limited to, the following tasks,
- Business Development Support: Assist with broad organisational business development strategy and research initiatives, including outreach via marketing tools (LinkedIn Navigator or Hubspot). Update our CRM system (Hubspot), and work collaboratively across the organisation to achieve business development aims.
- Research: Client and sector research, with comprehensive analysis.
- Knowledge Management: You will help create and maintain our knowledge management systems and files.
- Project Management Office (PMO) Support: Contribute to project-level PMO activities, such as organising meetings, scheduling, and potentially assisting with tasks like setting up and attending workshops, summarising findings, conducting interviews or focus groups, and copy editing.
- Resource Management: Manage project timelines with the Project Leads, update information in resource allocation tools (Forecast), and check the accuracy of plans and timescales. Support the Client & Associate Directors to ensure the team is focused on the right activities and projects.
- Administration: Provide comprehensive support to our Client Directors, including diary management, scheduling meetings, attending meetings, taking minutes (with Google Gemini) and responding to communications. Assist with internal initiatives such as organising big meetings or events.
- Delivery Materials: Support with the development of materials, including designing Google Slides and documents such as materials for meetings and workshops, plans and additional documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in internal processes, and increase our use of AI and tools, such as the forecasting system.
