Make a meaningful impact by contributing to initiatives that simplify how we operate, modernise our technology, and enhance the customer experience - while focussing on the bank’s growth.
Working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams —developing a well-rounded view of how the bank delivers change.
Reporting to a Lead Analyst who will provide ongoing support, coaching, and development to help you grow your skills and progress your career.
Opportunities to grow into lead analyst, product owner or solutions architect, supported by structured development pathways and mentoring.
As part of a cross-functional delivery team, the successful candidate will work within an Agile framework. The role offers hands-on experience with a range of systems and technologies,
- TSYS – Core credit card processing platform.
- Core Banking Systems – Integration with wider banking services.
- APIs & Interfaces – Real-time and batch data flows.
- Collaboration Tools – Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key roles and responsibilities

- Responsible for producing clear business requirements, technical specifications, and process designs (as-is/to-be), while supporting delivery through test case definition, validation across all testing phases, and implementation activities
- Act as a subject matter expert for credit card-related issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
- Ensure that delivered features align with internal policies, strategic objectives, and external regulations.
We need you to have: - Strong knowledge of credit card products and lifecycle, with hands-on experience using the TSYS platform.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality business requirements, technical specifications, and process documentation.

And if you have any of these, even better
- Experience delivering system changes within an Agile environment, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to shape and implement solutions
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in the credit card domain.
We don’t expect you to tick every box, and if you feel you hit most of the brief, it’s worth exploring to further develop your career here with us.
