👩 🔬 Role: Analytical Development Scientist

Responsible for analytical method development, validation, and technical transfer.

🧪 Key Roles & Responsibilities

🏢 Departmental Operations:

• ✅ Perform assigned work as agreed with the project lead and/or Analytical Development Manager. Ensure efficient use of time to complete assigned objectives ⏱️.
• 🧼 Maintain laboratory areas in compliance with client, regulatory GMP, and safety requirements 🧯
• 📈 Engage in compliance and continuous improvement projects.
• 🤝 Provide cover for fellow Analytical Development Scientists as required.
• ♻️ Promote economic use of labor, materials, energy, and services. Suggest and implement cost-saving and waste-reduction measures 💡.
• ⚙️ Identify opportunities for improved workflows to enhance efficiency, cost control, and GMP/safety performance.
• 👥 Support onboarding and training of new team members.

📦 Project Delivery:

• 📅 Ensure timely completion of all assigned project deliverables.
• 🚀 Take the lead on project components where appropriate, in agreement with the Analytical Development Manager.
• 🧭 Plan and execute work aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
• 🧪 Support analytical method development, tech transfer, qualification, and validation activities
• 📋 Coordinate with peers for effective workload planning and timeline adherence.
• ☎️ Communicate with clients professionally as required.

📚 Essential Experience:

• ✅ Minimum 2 years analytical experience.
• 📘 Strong understanding of GMP & SHE standards.
• 🛡️ Solid grasp of safety practices.
• 🤝 Highly developed interpersonal and team-building skills.
