Analytics Manager
up to £85,000 + 10% bonus
London (3 times per week)

We've partnered with a leading business who are looking for an Analytics Manager to drive data-led growth and retention. This role sits at the centre of marketing, product, and strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do:

Lead analytics across the subscriber lifecycle - acquisition, retention, LTV.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting.
Develop customer segmentation and audience insights.
Use predictive analytics (e.g., churn, behaviour modelling) to influence strategy.
Deliver recommendations to improve acquisition, retention and campaign ROI.
Innovate in the use of AI to surface insights across the organisation.

What you’ll bring:

6+ years in data/marketing analytics, ideally in a subscription model.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder communication skills.
Expertise in statistical analysis & predictive modelling.
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, plus Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
Experience with segmentation, cohort analysis and MMM.
