We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Annuity Business Analyst to support our
€1 billion+ annuity business across 23 European markets.

post-sales revenue, partner channel performance, and long-term service excellence.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Annuity team, you will:
- Drive post-sales annuity projects with measurable revenue and margin improvement
- Support the partner/indirect channel and digital annuity initiatives
- Analyse large data sets and generate actionable business insights
- Help develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that guide strategic decision-making
- Contribute to the transformation of Ricoh’s annuity models through tools like Power BI, Oracle ERP, Data 2 Action, and AI-enabled platforms
- Lead annuity-specific analysis and reporting initiatives
- Create visual dashboards and high-quality operational reports
- Proactively support the Annuity Partner Manager and Digital Annuity programs
- Enhance data models and streamline business processes
- Contribute to new tools and automation approaches (e.g. Fabric, Snowflake, AI)
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects across Europe
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of systems such as Oracle (SHARE & OSCAR), Siebel, Power BI, and Cognos
You’ll be supporting
over 1.2 million installed devices and collaborating with teams across
23 subsidiaries and global functions.
You will ideally have
- Degree-level education
- Advanced Excel and strong Office 365 capabilities
- Experience in Power BI, Cognos, and managing large datasets
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and business process design
- Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly in English across a multicultural team
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to innovate using new tools and tech
