Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time, 35 hours.
Salary: £55,270 to £61,018 per annum (London Weighted salary) Dependant on experience plus ECU allowance* (If policy requirements are met)
Grade: 10
Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Agile 20-40% office attendance required (this may increase during training periods)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Join our Housing Specialism Team at L&Q:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Specialisms team, which sits within our Housing Management division. As the ASB Manager, you’ll be supporting the Head of Housing Specialisms and managing a team of ASB Case Workers, to deliver a responsive, efficient, agile, high quality and customer focused ASB service.
You’ll deal with the most serious ASB and criminal cases, always ensuring positive outcomes for residents and communities. The role will require you to help develop and shape our service improvement plan, to reduce Anti-Social Behaviour and criminal activity in our neighbourhoods.
The successful candidate will be a strong people manager, able to demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills and an ability to manage a complex workload while meeting tight deadlines.
It’s important that you’re confident and have excellent negotiation, influencing and organisational skills to achieve the best results for residents. Stakeholder management and partnership development is also key to this role. Having an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is also essential.
Residents are the most important part of our business and as a member of the Housing Management division, it’s vital that you display passion and commitment, to lead and deliver excellent service, every time. This will be measured against the high standards and values that we set across the organisation and department.
