We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a hospitality background to join our team as an Application Configuration Specialist (PMS). If you have experience working directly with Property Management Systems (PMS), either as a front-line user (e.g., hotel front desk agent) or with an understanding of PMS application configuration, this could be the perfect next step in your career. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to transition from hands-on hotel operations into the technical side of PMS configuration, supporting a global rollout and adoption of PMS systems across hotels worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming configuration change requests from hotels for the PMS system, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
  • Collaborate with PMS product managers, support teams, internal stakeholders, and hotel front-line staff to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Collect and maintain feedback from multiple sources to drive ongoing improvements and alignment.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with configuration standards and governance protocols.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality operations, such as hotel front office, reservations, or reception.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems, particularly modern cloud-based platforms
  • Bonus points if you’ve been involved in PMS implementation projects or have transitioned from a hotel operations role to a configuration-focused role.
